BIO-GRAPHY OF PASTOR JOSEPH BAKABULINDI

Bakabulindi Joseph was born in Uganda, Africa in Kayunga District. He moved to Kampala when he was 20 years old. Joseph has been involved in ministry for ten years. It was during his involvement in fasting and praying that Africa Outreach Ministries International was birthed.

WHO WE ARE?

Africa out Reach Ministries International is a Bible believing and Christ Centered Ministry which was founded by Pastor. Joseph Bakabulindi and some others in 1999. The Ministry desires that God’s created image (humanity) shall at all costs be in the Savior’s loving arms. That, to those who do not know him yet, the lost and fallen, may all be brought back to Him just as He commissioned, “Do the work of an evangelist and fulfill your ministry” 2Timothy 4:5

MISSION

The mission of ‘Africa out reach Ministries International” is to extend the Kingdom of God through Evangelism, Fellowships of Member denominations, church planting, organizations and individual, demonstrating the unity of the body of Christ by standing for Biblical truth, speaking with a representative voice, and serving the evangelical community in united action, cooperative ministry and strategic planning to reach all nations spreading the good new of our lord Jesus.

STRATEGY

To hold evangelistic Crusades in every region of Africa and around the world.

VISION

Our vision is to know Jesus Christ and make him known to others in the whole world through Evangelism.

The Bible Mark 16: 15-20: And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

So what do they preach:

you shall be baptized (in water by full immersion),

you shall have signs followings: one of them is to speak in a new tongue, another one is you shall lay hands on the sick and he shall recover.

Then in Acts 2: 4; 37-43: And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

Acts 2 is the first church filling what Jesus said.

WE BELIEVE

•That there is one God, eternally present in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

•That Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of God the Father, and in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory.

•That all have sinned and that the only means of being cleansed from sin, is through the blood of Jesus Christ; that spiritual regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential for personal salvation, and that man is justified by faith in Jesus Christ apart from works.

•That the redemptive work of Jesus Christ provided healing for the whole man; spirit, soul, and body. We also remember the Lord's death in the ordinance of the Lord's Supper. His Blood purchased our salvation and His broken body purchased health and healing for us.

•In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling Presence the believer is enabled to live a godly life which manifests the fruit of the Spirit; that a person baptized with the Holy Spirit will speak with new tongues; and that the gifts of the Holy Spirit as enumerated in I Cor. 12-14 should be practiced and manifested in the Church today.

•In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved to everlasting life and the lost to eternal judgment.

•In the water baptism, by complete immersion, into the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the Lord Jesus Christ, in the likeness of His death, burial, and resurrection and that we should henceforth walk in newness of life.

•That the Scriptures in the Old and New Testaments are the infallible Word of God, given to men by the inspiration of God and are the authoritative rule of faith and conduct.

PASTOR'S MESSAGE

The cry of heaven is, ‘May mankind come to the knowledge of Christ’ and that is God’s heartbeat. His desire who have received the truth to fulfill his mission. It has been His mercy enabling us to see how the Lord has been working in the hearts of people, churches and nations. God has taken our ministry to various parts of the world e.g. Malawi , Tanzania , Botswana , Kenya , Rwanda , and around other Parts of Africa. We have led worship services, have spoken in prayer conferences, and have led community transformation meetings in churches and auditoriums. I have seen many receive joy, healing and salvation (Luke 15:10).

Altars have been filled with hungry souls coming to Christ for the first time. The lost have come back home, setting the Church of Christ across these nations with a new move of the Holy Sprit for His Glory. We have received several reports of people who received miracles and churches growing spiritually and numerically as a result of Christ’s ministry through us. We praise His Name.

In Uganda , God has allowed us to reap a harvest of souls. Our Evangelistic ministry has gone to the utmost parts of the country, allowing people to hear the gospel. People who have never had the opportunity to say Jesus is Lord did so and, abandoning witchcraft and drugs and choosing to be born again. In Nov 2007, we had our Equipping The saints Conference where God did what man cannot do as speakers from different nations.

Through your generosity in a short period of time, New Creation Ministries is starting Accelerated Christian Education program which will maintain biblical and academic standards which will help children to be committed towards path of success. This will help them to have both academic and spiritual tools necessary to achieve their God given potential. This will be a great blessing to the unprivileged and orphans in Uganda . Still thousands are in the valley of decision – evangelism must continue. Our mission in Uganda is—to bring millions to Christ, through equipping our leadership and evangelizing teams with the necessary tools to make this happen.

Still, we will hold our Equipping the saints Conference and reach out during this Christmas season and the beginning of the New Year for massive soul winning by sharing with them the reason for Christ’s birth. While others are preparing for the holidays, we must share the true reason for our celebration. Our evangelism teams will be sent out, two by two, to the streets of Uganda to proclaim the good news.

Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field.” Matthew 9:37-38. It is our prayer that God’s harvest will be realized. In order to accomplish our mission, we are raising funds to do the church building, buy buses to transport people for services as well as transporting our evangelism team to areas of activity and P.A System for good sound during preaching the good news. Please pray in which way God may use you to support our evangelism ministry. Your contributions whether one time or ongoing, will go a long way to bring people into the Light, for those who are currently in total darkness. ORPHANAGE HOME

According to the 2006 UNAIDS report, Uganda , Zambia and Zimbabwe are among those countries with the highest prevalence of HIV/AIDS in the world. In Uganda, it is estimated that at least 30% of the adult population is infected with the HIV virus, and in the year 2004, there were 1,100,000 orphaned children ** (see below for the definition of "orphan"). This is out of a total population of 13 million. The life expectancy for men has now decreased to only 37 years, and for women to 34 years. But the 2006 UNAIDS report does not give only bad news. It is now known that Uganda , and to a lesser degree, are among the very few countries where the rate of new infections has actually been falling in the last several years. This is thought to be partially due to behavioral changes within the population. ** (A child is considered orphaned if the financial provider in the family is deceased. If the mother is still living, many times she is chronically sick.)

VISION FOR THE ORPHANAGE

W e are planning to established permanent structures for these Suffering children of Africa and also provide them with enough needs they want plus helping poor families which suffers the safe case of Poverty and HIV/AIDS in Uganda.
